Mr. Soto is a Principal and Partner of Soto Specialty Group, LLC. Mr Soto is primarily involved in client acquisition, sales and complex insurance & surety bonding company negotiations. Mr. Soto comes from a family of construction industry financiers as his father lead Banco Popular’s Construction Lending operation, Mr. Soto got involved in the construction industry from his early days, even prior to his becoming an Insurance and Surety Producer specialized in Infrastructure. As a professional, Mr Soto was a partner of two successful insurance brokerage firms that were sold to Marsh and Hub International prior to founding an Aerospace & Defense Startup in Arizona. Mr. Soto has over 30 years experience in all aspects of contract evaluation, risk management and infrastructure project knowhow. 

Mrs. Martinez is the Vice President of Soto Specialty Group with over 20 years experience in analyzing, servicing and placing complex Insurance Commercial and Specialty Line Risks. Prior to joing Soto Specialty, Mrs. Martinez worked for Hub International/CLC servicing medium and large construction accounts. Mrs. Martinez started her career at Carlos M. Benitez, Inc. accounting and collection department where he developed the skills necessary to succeed in the Insurance Industry.

To maximize economic benefits and minimize risks, Soto Specialty has been subcontracting as many insurance and risk management activities to talented professionals. The goal is to maintain a small management structure to satisfy clients needs and desires, while a small core of professionals continues looking for new projects, opportunities and successful businesses as prospects.
